The Best Gift Ever Given

"Out of all the gifts that have been given, received, and exchanged the very best gift we have is our savior's love, forgiveness, and the promise of life forever through Him. I pray that you all may receive this gift it's not one that I can give you, but one we each must choose on our own personal journey in this life we have. Happy Birthday Jesus! Thank you for the best gift you gave to all who wish to receive.

In Christ Alone

"In my darkest days, i wept and prayed to know who Jesus was,
you came to me that very night, take my hand and I'll take
you to the Father God and then I knew you were real, my savior
birthed on Christmas day, and you took my hand and washed away
my fears. I know you're real, you were there in my darkest sin,
you kept me safe, and prepared a place, so i could show my face
the world doesn't know who you are, most will never know
but, im so glad i know that my Savior Lives beyond the Grave,
and I put my trust, my heart, and my life in Christ alone." Kim Fincher

You Are Significant!

“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. 33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” Matthew 6:31-33
Has the enemy told you lately that you were just insignificant and easily replaceable? Have you been worrying about your future and trying to come-up with a back-up plan? If so, my question is this then: What are you worrying about that you are not significant and will be replaced or that God will not already have a back-up plan in place if your current position is terminated?
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
God formed you in your mother’s womb! That’s how special and unique you are to Him.
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are.”     1 Peter 5:7-9
Trust in His plans for your life today and in the future. He is there for you right now if you will humble yourself before His throne, repent of your sins, ask Him into your heart, and make Him Lord of your life.  Make your life about Jesus and serving others instead of about yourself. Let your light shine for God and share some hope and some love; that’s what this world needs.
“ 7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world. Let there be tears for what you have done. Let there be sorrow and deep grief. Let there be sadness instead of laughter, and gloom instead of joy. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.” James 4:7-10
Remember you are truly unique and wonderfully made in God’s image for a special purpose and you are loved! Be encouraged in Jesus!!

Stand By The King Part 2

Chapter 6: Six Seals Broken-

Seal 1-4 The four riders represent the destructive, senseless world.
Seal 1: white horse: war, victory won- human depravity
Seal 2: red horse: peace taken, war & slaughter everywhere on the earth
Seal 3: black horse: social & economic imbalance with scales
Seal 4: pale green horse: death-1/4th of the earth
Seal 5: Christian Martyrs and their question
Seal 6: God’s judgment

Chapter 7:  Wait! Don’t harm the land or the sea or the trees until we have placed the seal of God on the foreheads of his servants.” “And they were shouting with a great roar,
“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”  They sang,
“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen.” That is why they stand in front of God’s throne
and serve him day and night in his Temple. And he who sits on the throne will give them shelter.
They will never again be hungry or thirsty; they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun.
For the Lamb on the throne will be their Shepherd. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water.
And God will wipe every tear from their eyes
.”

Don’t forget who God is and don’t be impressed by satan. Stop giving him credit.  Love yall!! Kim Fincher

Stand By The King

Stand by the King Part 1
A Study on Revelation 1-7

Revelation 2-3 describes 7 Churches below is the breakdown of each:
1.
A  Loyal Church 2:3-5
2.      A Suffering Church 2:9-10
3.      A Compromising Church 2:13-16
4.      An Overly Tolerant Church 2:19-26
5.      A Dead Church 3:2-5
6.      A Weak but Obedient Church 3:8-10
7.      A Lukewarm and uncommitted Church 3:15-16

These represent not only the 7 Churches in the writer’s time but also 7 States of Christians. We can all identify with at least one of these representing us as a Christian. The two things that Jesus said repeatedly in these passages is this, “I know all the things you do…” “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.” He pointed out each of the churches good qualities along with any bad qualities that the churches needed to take care of. As referred to in Rev. 3:19; also see (Prov. 3:12, 1 Cor. 11:32; Heb. 12:6).

Out of these 7 the one that stood out to me was the 6th as a great role model for each of us to be like. That was the only one with no bad qualities! The worst state to be in is like #5. To all the churches he says: repent, turn back to me quickly, and hold on to your faith.

Chapter 4: Worship in Heaven
You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power.
For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased
.” Rev. 4:11
Chapter 5: The Lamb Opens the Scroll
And they sang in a mighty chorus: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered—
to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and blessing.” And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang: “Blessing and honor and glory and power
belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever
.” Rev. 5:12-13

I am Weak He is Strong

In our weakness God is there and he fills the cracks of our broken vessel.

The flaws of our lives are filled with His superglue Grace and He replaces our dark sin nature with His light. He uses the meek, weak, and the broken as an example to show the world He loves even them and He loves you too. I have many struggles but I'm not alone and I'm not a failure I am a testimony of an overcoming, undefeated, beautiful Child of God and so are you.

I ask you to ask God for His purpose for your life today and start listening to His voice and reading His word everyday and your life will be a blessing to your family, your children, and you will know how rich you are because you have Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and you can be a blessing by reaching out in love to someone today and meeting their needs rather it be a conversation, knowing that someone cares, a phone call or a visit these are gifts that money can not buy and true blessings. Jesus visited with the sinner and spent time with people we might consider unpleasant but He had such a deep love for them.

Help us Lord have that love like Jesus did to comfort the lost and the broken. Amen

The Beatitudes

The Beatitudes

“God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him,[a]
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
God blesses those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
God blesses those who are humble,
for they will inherit the whole earth.
God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice,[b]
    for they will be satisfied.
God blesses those who are merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
God blesses those whose hearts are pure,
    for they will see God.
God blesses those who work for peace,
for they will be called the children of God.
10 God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right,
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
11 “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you[c] and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. 12 Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.

Waiting on Eternity

Do you ever find yourself thinking: "If only Jesus would come today." I know I have more than once. When life get's us down we often think about hiding and running away. It's a way to preserve our sanity and a way to escape our present situations. One day Jesus will return and for all eternity we will be in His presence! Waiting on eternity feels like an eternity in these bodies filled with sin, selfish-desires, pain, hurt, and pride. It becomes a heavy load if we are not careful to keep a balanced day. I try not to over do it and the best way for me is to just focus on one small task at a time, making a list, and with plenty of wiggle room for play and relaxation with my two boys who are both under 4. Life can be loved and lived with eternity in mind and that's the best thing we have to look forward to. Praise God! For all eternity is not today, but today is all we have to worry about and enjoy, thank God!  Be encouraged today my friends! Jesus loves you!!

Don't Give Up Yet!

Are you near #dying, on death's bed, or just wish you were?  Don't Give Up Yet!

Take from my #hero and His example #Jesus #Christ: "While Jesus was here on earth, he offered prayers and pleadings with a loud cry and tears, to the one who could rescue him from death. And God heard his prayers because of his deep reverence for God. Even though Jesus was God's Son, he learned obedience from the things he suffered. In this way, God qualified him as a perfect High Priest, and he became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey him." Hebrews 5:7-9

So, whatever you are suffering rather it be physical, mental, or spiritual bow down with great reverence to God in prayer and praise, get your priorities straight and He can offer you peace and rest like nothing in the world. #Praise #God! Be Encouraged Friends in Christ's Love.

He Can Use the Broken

"For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle--I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying--a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth." 1 Timothy 2:5
He can use the broken in heart and body and spirit and heart. That's God and that's what He does He chooses the weak to make foolish the strong. The meek to humble the proud. Real Christianity is not reflected in a healthy way on Christian network tv or even radio broadcasts it's reflected one-on-one between You and Him. Once you have accepted Christ as your Savior and allow Him to heal your heart and make you into His image then He can use you to serve His Kingdom. Not use as in the worldly sense of take advantage of but use as in give a better purpose for life a purpose worth living for, and worth dying for. A purpose with a testimony that can be used to encourage, teach, and give people hope. God uses the broken to reach the broken, He uses the weak to reach those who are weak without purpose, living in the darkness of a purposeless life. Only Christ can save, heal, and speak life into the darkness and bring light to the hearts of His people. It take Christ, it take salvation, it takes the Holy Spirit baptism, and daily seeking His word, His voice, and His spirit.

Reading for today: Psalm 106, Proverbs 16, Joel, and 1 Timothy:1

Praise the Lord! GLORY!!

Psalm 103
Let all that I am praise the Lord;
with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
Let all that I am praise the Lord;
may I never forget the good things he does for me.
He forgives all my sins
    and heals all my diseases.
He redeems me from death
and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
He fills my life with good things.
My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
The Lord gives righteousness
and justice to all who are treated unfairly.
He revealed his character to Moses
and his deeds to the people of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and merciful,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
He will not constantly accuse us,
    nor remain angry forever.
10 He does not punish us for all our sins;
he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.
11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him
is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
12 He has removed our sins as far from us
as the east is from the west.
13 The Lord is like a father to his children,
tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
14 For he knows how weak we are;
he remembers we are only dust.
15 Our days on earth are like grass;
like wildflowers, we bloom and die.
16 The wind blows, and we are gone—
as though we had never been here.
17 But the love of the Lord remains forever
    with those who fear him.
His salvation extends to the children’s children
18     of those who are faithful to his covenant,
of those who obey his commandments!
19 The Lord has made the heavens his throne;
from there he rules over everything.
20 Praise the Lord, you angels,
you mighty ones who carry out his plans,
listening for each of his commands.
21 Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels
who serve him and do his will!
22 Praise the Lord, everything he has created,
    everything in all his kingdom.
Let all that I am praise the Lord.

Praise Him! Rest in Him! Know Him! Each and every day remember Him! Love Yall!

How Do I Survive?

"Let this be recorded for a generation to come,
so that a people yet unborn may praise the Lord:
19 that he looked down from his holy height,
from heaven the Lord looked at the earth,
20 to hear the groans of the prisoners,
    to set free those who were doomed to die;
21 so that the name of the Lord may be declared in Zion,
    and his praise in Jerusalem,
22 when peoples gather together,
and kingdoms, to worship the Lord." Psalm 102:18-22

In our weaknesses we may be vulnerable and hurt enough to make choices that we will later regret. These choices are usually to get revenge on the one who caused us pain and hurt rather it be a relative, a spouse, or a boyfriend/girlfriend, or a best-friend. They may have screwed up and their mess up hurt you, so you not thinking straight do the same to them. It's a viscous cycle that is hard to break on our own strength or by will power alone. We need a super-power, a supernatural strength to break the cycle of sin and that power is available to those who will turn to Jesus. I was the prisoner doomed for death so I know that Jesus heals, Jesus saves, and the Lord God, my Father in Heaven hears our cries, our pains, and our struggles He not only cares but He is available for one-on-one therapy sessions, for counseling, and to be that best-friend, or parent that a lot of us need or never had to give us good advice and wise counsel. Look to Him and He will protect you from wrong paths, lead you success that is not measured in dollars but in the heart and soul. He amazes me how He loves me and helps me and how nothing is too big or too small for Him. The Lord is there and He cares give Him a call today!

Make it Your Business

As a stay-at-home mom I was tempted to make money try different businesses I can do at home with my two boys but I had to pray about it and hear God tell me in my heart, "No, my daughter I have a better plan for you. Be content and minister to those in need." This is why I'm making it my business to share other ministries, missions, and outreaches. such a Gospel for Asia.

Willfully Blind

"Why that's very strange!" the man replied. "He healed my eyes, and yet you don't know where he comes from? We know that God doesn't listen to sinners, but he is ready to hear those who worship him and do his will. Ever since the world began, no one has been able to open the eyes of someone born blind. If this man were not from God, he couldn't have done it." John 9:30-33

The Jewish leaders did not know where Jesus came from. The blind man's astonishment was understandable-- a healing like this was unprecedented. Jesus' works confirmed his origin as from God. Once his true identity was known, belief and discipleship should have followed, but the Jewish leaders were willfully blind. sub notes from the NLT study bible pg. 1790

Many people today are willfully blind to Jesus' amazing love and power. Are you stuck in the rituals of religion and have forgotten the reason for the religion? I pray that you will open your heart to the Holy Spirit today and be healed of your spiritual blindness. Do not rely on your own understanding but in all things pray and seek God's plans for your life. Take your ideals, dreams, and plans to God in prayer and ask for His understand, His heart, and His dreams for you. You will be amazed at how much God cares and loves you if you will just talk to him and remember Him each day as you make choices. When you put Him in the driver seat your life will have a new meaning, purpose, and enjoyment.

God Bless You in Christ's love, Kim Fincher

Take a Break & Relax!

"Come, let us sing to the Lord!
Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come to him with thanksgiving.
Let us sing psalms of praise to him.
For the Lord is a great God,
a great King above all gods.
He holds in his hands the depths of the earth
    and the mightiest mountains.
The sea belongs to him, for he made it.
His hands formed the dry land, too.

Come, let us worship and bow down.
Let us kneel before the Lord our maker,
    for he is our God.
We are the people he watches over,
    the flock under his care.
If only you would listen to his voice today!"

When you really grasp that God is the creator and he holds our destiny then you can take a break & relax! Most mornings I start by prayer, reading, making breakfast, and cleaning the dishes but on Fridays I usually bypass the normal routine by taking the boys out and getting donuts while the hubby is still asleep and this morning we went for a family walk afterwards. Then I came home and read in the Word. It's okay to change up the routine sometimes and to enjoy all you have with your family and loved ones. It's another way to thank God for His goodness and love for us. Praise the Lord with singing and praising it's right here and it's pleasing to Him. Have a blessed day friends!

The Heart of Things

"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." Proverbs 4:24

"The heart represents the center of emotions, thinking, and reasoning from O.T. The heart is crucial in the battle between wisdom and foolishness, between righteousness and evil." from the NLT Study Bible pg. 1023

"A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart." Luke 6:45
"God Blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God." Matthew 5:8

Today there's a generation, "for the heart of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have close their eyes-- so their eyes cannot see, and their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them." Matthew 13:15

Let us instead be the ones who:  "Thank God! Once you were slaves of sin, but now you wholeheartedly obey this teaching we have given you."

Lord I pray for a whole heart devoted to you today. In Jesus' name. Amen

Blessings in Christ,
Kim Fincher

"Come As You Are"

"Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28

As far as clothing is concerned, my husband gave a great summary this morning on why he doesn't dress up for church any more; he said you shouldn't have to dress to impress others to like you, that they should like you for who you are and if that's pants and a t-shirt, or a suit just be yourself. He is a pants and casual shirt guy so that's what he's most comfortable in. I myself am the same and thought that it's good to wear a dress and uncomfortable shoes to church because it makes you feel good; but really nah, I changed my mind this morning too, and I felt much more comfortable to come as I am to church. We go to thank God, praise Him, and worship Him and to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ. That's are agenda so clothing isn't an issue and the only issue I have is girls dressing very revealing and disrespectfully where you can see their whole body through their tight fitting clothes; this is unfortunate still happening today but I just try not to look at them and keep my eyes on the Lord and the Word that's brought by the preacher.

If you are looking for a perfect church then you will always be searching and never find one because God is the only one who is perfect; we are just imperfect people saved by His perfect grace coming together; so every chance you get, smile and show some love for all your neighbors rather they go to your church, the church down the street, or no church the message Jesus gives us is simple: to love your God and love your neighbor; without love their is no church.

Have a restful evening!

A Graceful Wife Gives Life

New International Version
"A wife of noble character is her husband's crown, but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones."
New Living Translation
"A worthy wife is a crown for her husband, but a disgraceful woman is like cancer in his bones."
Proverbs 12:4

On the 31st of each month I try to read the infamous Proverbs 31: 10-31. It gives me encouragement, instructions, and quiet a challenge to live with such character, moral integrity, and grace. I will just share the last seven verses but highly encourage you woman and men to read from verse 10. Men should pray these qualities for their wife and woman should seek to be a woman like this which is pleasing unto the Lord, her husband, and children. Have a blessed weekend!

"She is clothed with strength and dignity,
and she laughs without fear of the future.
26 When she speaks, her words are wise,
and she gives instructions with kindness.
27 She carefully watches everything in her household
    and suffers nothing from laziness.

28 Her children stand and bless her.
    Her husband praises her:
29 “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world,
    but you surpass them all!”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last;
but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.
31 Reward her for all she has done.
Let her deeds publicly declare her praise." Proverbs 31:25-31
Joseph & David

Why Do We Praise Him

Why Do We Praise Him:

If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:1-3

LOVE.  An expression of our deep gratitude and appreciation for His saving grace and our salvation. Why do they not praise Him? Religion. Cold, impersonal, a to-do list.

Why do we speak in tongues? When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will speak in tongues. It’s another way to express your love to Him and a gift of the Spirit to give a message, with either you being the interpreter or another with this gift. The saddest thing is to see people who’ve been going to church all their lives speak down on these expressions of being spirit-filled. They walk by religious things instead of by spiritual things. We are called to walk by faith, not by site. We can not see Jesus with our physical eyes, yet we are called to be like Jesus to others and these miracles will be done and even greater it says to the disciples; when the Holy Spirit comes on the day of Pentecost. It is Jesus’ gift to us, from the Father to all believer’s. I pray today that somebody will ask the Holy Spirit into their heart, somebody whose saved, and baptized but not filled and overflowing with God’s Spirit, somebody who doesn’t praise God, sing unto Him a new song, nor gives to others as a generous giver. I’m speaking to you today. My heart aches for your soul, for salvation is a spiritual matter, not a religious one. There are many who say they’ve cast out demons in Jesus’ name, but He will say: “I do not know you.”

Have you replaced faith, with rhetoric. Have you replaced conversations with your Father God, for bible studies, and AWANA. Are you teaching your children the most important things in life- How to love like Him? There is no salvation without LOVE.

“Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.”                    1 Corinthians 13:13

Be a Generous & Cheerful Giver

"You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don't give reluctantly or in response to pressure. "For God loves a person who gives cheerfully." 2 Corinthians 9:7

"And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’" Acts 20:35

Are you a person who is always in need? Do you usually pray for something from God and ask others for something that you are in need of when they ask you how you are doing?  Many people in the U.S. are living pay check to pay check and many more are relying on government funds such as medicare to provide a free hospital bed and services during pregnancy, W.I.C. (woman, infants, children) to provide formula, baby foods, and milk, Food Stamps or Lone Star for monthly food allowance. But, the big problem with this is our government is bankrupt in deficit and yet we still ask for more, more and woman have babies knowing the only way they will be able to provide for them is through the above government "handicaps" programs. That's what it does handicaps people into believing that these things are good. But, I'd like us to reflect on what God's Word says and there are many, many more scriptural references to it's better to give than to take a loan and a loan makes you slave and servant to the giver. Relying on others for our desires, needs, and wants is not the way to go. We are to rely on the Lord God Almighty. He tells us that He will provide for all our needs, if we will put our trust in Him, if we are seeking His word daily, praying to Him from our heart daily, and expecting our prayers to be heard and answered then we will live in a way that the world doesn't understand or know.
As a Christian family personally, my husband has a ft. job that provides for all our needs. We give God's portion first in tithe and offering. Never test God on this. As His people it's clearly written in the Bible the first portion of all our earnings 10% goes to the store house of the believers or church. This is so important. God does bless our cheerful giving. Our attitude of giving is also very important. I am not doing all the biblical research for you on these because I want you to have a thirst for His living water and start research into what I'm saying and you will discover truth, wisdom, and a good counsel from His Word that will enrich your everyday life and I pray that each of you reading this will be a generous and cheerful giver. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Have a Blessed Day!

Do Less, Pray More & Be Content

"Do Less, Pray More & Be Content"
This is what the Lord spoke into my heart as I was praying for a friend's situation and it led me to the Philippians 4:11
"Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have."
This whole chapter has such great advice and wisdom as to what we should be doing when we hit a rock in the road of our plans and when something isn't going quiet as we planned it. In the NLT Study Bible it is entitled Words of Encouragement and rightly so. From the first verse Paul starts by saying: "stay true to the Lord." In verse 4: "Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again-rejoice! 5. Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon." What a powerful reminder of the times we are living in and where we should be at all times- full of joy, rejoicing in the Lord; ready for His return.
Verse 8: We are to fix our thoughts on whatever is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Thinking about those things which are excellent and praiseworthy. Goodness, what a difference our daily thought lives and emotional states would be if we actually did this. To be at this place would take daily devotion and prayer time and it would take putting God first. I know that this whole chapter is worth reading through several time and as I read it in regards to my friends situation it certainly ministered to me too. So I encourage you to take a break this evening before you go to sleep and read Philippians 4 for it's Words of Encouragement.

"My Strength is Made Perfect in Weakness"

"My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9

Once you read verses 7-10 you can get a clearer understanding of verse 9. Paul pleaded with God to remove an infirmity/ a weakness from him. Just as Jesus did, right before his time had come to be persecuted on the cross. So, you can say there was pain and struggle involved from the flesh. It could have been a physical problem or a struggle with a sin or temptation that bothered him.

As God speaks words of comfort, love and encouragement it leaves Paul stronger; even in his weakness. He now says he's going to boast in the Lord, having confidence in the words God had just spoken to him; that His grace is sufficient and He is strong enough for us in our weakness. We can lean on God just as Paul did and He will hold us up and cover us with His great love and grace.  We can continue living for Jesus through the sickness, pain, when people discourage us, make fun of our faith, disrespect us, use us, and when we are struggling with depression, sadness, loneliness, disappointment at ourselves and others; whatever our "thorn in the flesh" Jesus is the answer and God is strong enough, His grace is sufficient for you, His strength is made perfect in weakness.

So, choose today to get up and rejoice in the Lord. Pray to Him intimately. Seek His word. Study it and store it in your heart and so wherever you go God will be with you and He will be your strength.
