He Can Use the Broken

"For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle--I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying--a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth." 1 Timothy 2:5
He can use the broken in heart and body and spirit and heart. That's God and that's what He does He chooses the weak to make foolish the strong. The meek to humble the proud. Real Christianity is not reflected in a healthy way on Christian network tv or even radio broadcasts it's reflected one-on-one between You and Him. Once you have accepted Christ as your Savior and allow Him to heal your heart and make you into His image then He can use you to serve His Kingdom. Not use as in the worldly sense of take advantage of but use as in give a better purpose for life a purpose worth living for, and worth dying for. A purpose with a testimony that can be used to encourage, teach, and give people hope. God uses the broken to reach the broken, He uses the weak to reach those who are weak without purpose, living in the darkness of a purposeless life. Only Christ can save, heal, and speak life into the darkness and bring light to the hearts of His people. It take Christ, it take salvation, it takes the Holy Spirit baptism, and daily seeking His word, His voice, and His spirit.

Praise the Lord! GLORY!!

Psalm 103
Let all that I am praise the Lord;
    with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
Let all that I am praise the Lord;
    may I never forget the good things he does for me.
He forgives all my sins
    and heals all my diseases.
He redeems me from death
    and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
He fills my life with good things.
    My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
The Lord gives righteousness
    and justice to all who are treated unfairly.
He revealed his character to Moses
    and his deeds to the people of Israel.
The Lord is compassionate and merciful,
    slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
He will not constantly accuse us,
    nor remain angry forever.
10 He does not punish us for all our sins;
    he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.
11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him
    is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
12 He has removed our sins as far from us
    as the east is from the west.
13 The Lord is like a father to his children,
    tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
14 For he knows how weak we are;
    he remembers we are only dust.
15 Our days on earth are like grass;
    like wildflowers, we bloom and die.
16 The wind blows, and we are gone—
    as though we had never been here.
17 But the love of the Lord remains forever
    with those who fear him.
His salvation extends to the children’s children
18     of those who are faithful to his covenant,
    of those who obey his commandments!
19 The Lord has made the heavens his throne;
    from there he rules over everything.
20 Praise the Lord, you angels,
    you mighty ones who carry out his plans,
    listening for each of his commands.
21 Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels
    who serve him and do his will!
22 Praise the Lord, everything he has created,
    everything in all his kingdom.
Let all that I am praise the Lord.
Praise Him! Rest in Him! Know Him! Each and every day remember Him! Love Yall! (I made it published yesterday) yeah!

How Do I Survive?

 "Let this be recorded for a generation to come,
    so that a people yet unborn may praise the Lord:
19 that he looked down from his holy height,
    from heaven the Lord looked at the earth,
20 to hear the groans of the prisoners,
    to set free those who were doomed to die;
21 so that the name of the Lord may be declared in Zion,
    and his praise in Jerusalem,
22 when peoples gather together,
    and kingdoms, to worship the Lord." Psalm 102:18-22

In our weaknesses we may be vulnerable and hurt enough to make choices that we will later regret. These choices are usually to get revenge on the one who caused us pain and hurt rather it be a relative, a spouse, or a boyfriend/girlfriend, or a best-friend. They may have screwed up and their mess up hurt you, so you not thinking straight do the same to them. It's a viscous cycle that is hard to break on our own strength or by will power alone. We need a super-power, a supernatural strength to break the cycle of sin and that power is available to those who will turn to Jesus. I was the prisoner doomed for death so I know that Jesus heals, Jesus saves, and the Lord God, my Father in Heaven hears our cries, our pains, and our struggles He not only cares but He is available for one-on-one therapy sessions, for counseling, and to be that best-friend, or parent that a lot of us need or never had to give us good advice and wise counsel. Look to Him and He will protect you from wrong paths, lead you success that is not measured in dollars but in the heart and soul. He amazes me how He loves me and helps me and how nothing is too big or too small for Him. The Lord is there and He cares give Him a call today!

Make it Your Business

As a stay-at-home mom I was tempted to make money try different businesses I can do at home with my two boys but I had to pray about it and hear God tell me in my heart, "No, my daughter I have a better plan for you. Be content and minister to those in need." This is why I'm making it my business to share other ministries, missions, and outreaches. such a Gospel for Asia.

Please watch the video and share as I did on your facebook or twitter account and on your personal blog.

Willfully Blind

"Why that's very strange!" the man replied. "He healed my eyes, and yet you don't know where he comes from? We know that God doesn't listen to sinners, but he is ready to hear those who worship him and do his will. Ever since the world began, no one has been able to open the eyes of someone born blind. If this man were not from God, he couldn't have done it." John 9:30-33

The Jewish leaders did not know where Jesus came from. The blind man's astonishment was understandable-- a healing like this was unprecedented. Jesus' works confirmed his origin as from God. Once his true identity was known, belief and discipleship should have followed, but the Jewish leaders were willfully blind. sub notes from the NLT study bible pg. 1790

Many people today are willfully blind to Jesus' amazing love and power. Are you stuck in the rituals of religion and have forgotten the reason for the religion? I pray that you will open your heart to the Holy Spirit today and be healed of your spiritual blindness. Do not rely on your own understanding but in all things pray and seek God's plans for your life. Take your ideals, dreams, and plans to God in prayer and ask for His understand, His heart, and His dreams for you. You will be amazed at how much God cares and loves you if you will just talk to him and remember Him each day as you make choices. When you put Him in the driver seat your life will have a new meaning, purpose, and enjoyment.

God Bless You in Christ's love, Kim Fincher

Take a Break & Relax!

"Come, let us sing to the Lord!
    Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come to him with thanksgiving.
    Let us sing psalms of praise to him.
For the Lord is a great God,
    a great King above all gods.
He holds in his hands the depths of the earth
    and the mightiest mountains.
The sea belongs to him, for he made it.
    His hands formed the dry land, too.

Come, let us worship and bow down.
    Let us kneel before the Lord our maker,
    for he is our God.
We are the people he watches over,
    the flock under his care.
If only you would listen to his voice today!"
When you really grasp that God is the creator and he holds our destiny then you can take a break & relax! Most mornings I start by prayer, reading, making breakfast, and cleaning the dishes but on Fridays I usually bypass the normal routine by taking the boys out and getting donuts while the hubby is still asleep and this morning we went for a family walk afterwards. Then I came home and read in the Word. It's okay to change up the routine sometimes and to enjoy all you have with your family and loved ones. It's another way to thank God for His goodness and love for us. Praise the Lord with singing and praising it's right here and it's pleasing to Him. Have a blessed day friends!

The Heart of Things

"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." Proverbs 4:24

"The heart represents the center of emotions, thinking, and reasoning from O.T. The heart is crucial in the battle between wisdom and foolishness, between righteousness and evil." from the NLT Study Bible pg. 1023

"A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart." Luke 6:45
"God Blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God." Matthew 5:8

Today there's a generation, "for the heart of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have close their eyes-- so their eyes cannot see, and their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them." Matthew 13:15

Let us instead be the ones who:  "Thank God! Once you were slaves of sin, but now you wholeheartedly obey this teaching we have given you."

Lord I pray for a whole heart devoted to you today. In Jesus' name. Amen

Blessings in Christ,

"Come As You Are"

"Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28

As far as clothing is concerned, my husband gave a great summary this morning on why he doesn't dress up for church any more; he said you shouldn't have to dress to impress others to like you, that they should like you for who you are and if that's pants and a t-shirt, or a suit just be yourself. He is a pants and casual shirt guy so that's what he's most comfortable in. I myself am the same and thought that it's good to wear a dress and uncomfortable shoes to church because it makes you feel good; but really nah, I changed my mind this morning too, and I felt much more comfortable to come as I am to church. We go to thank God, praise Him, and worship Him and to encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ. That's are agenda so clothing isn't an issue and the only issue I have is girls dressing very revealing and disrespectfully where you can see their whole body through their tight fitting clothes; this is unfortunate still happening today but I just try not to look at them and keep my eyes on the Lord and the Word that's brought by the preacher.

If you are looking for a perfect church then you will always be searching and never find one because God is the only one who is perfect; we are just imperfect people saved by His perfect grace coming together; so every chance you get, smile and show some love for all your neighbors rather they go to your church, the church down the street, or no church the message Jesus gives us is simple: to love your God and love your neighbor; without love their is no church.

Have a restful evening!
