How to Stay an Overcomer in Marriage & in Life

21 And further, submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
22 For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23 For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church. He is the Savior of his body, the church. 24 As the church submits to Christ, so you wives should submit to your husbands in everything.
25 For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her."

This is for marriage wives need to submit to their husband and it requires a change of attitude and heart, it requires putting Christ first and having reverence for our husbands and respect that only the Lord can give us. it doesn't come naturally it takes lots of practice and prayer.

"Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.
A youngster’s heart is filled with foolishness, but physical discipline will drive it far away."     Proverbs 22:6, 15

"To discipline a child produces wisdom, but a mother is disgraced by an undisciplined child.
Discipline your children, and they will give you peace of mind and will make your heart glad" Proverbs 29:15, 17

One day, One hour at a time we accept what we can't change,
change what we can, and pray to know the difference. It's important
to have a support group when you are struggling with whatever it is
that you are trying to overcome in your life. For me it's being a wife and mom.
I struggle with depression, loneliness, anger, and a bad attitude.
Instead I started attending Celebrate Recovery again after 2 years, I'm considering
getting a job outside of the house, and will also attend AA meetings to help me
stay an over-comer.
