Their's no God in luck and no luck in God

"In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it." John 1:1-5

The definition of Luck (or chance) varies by philosophical, religious, mystical, or emotional context of the one interpreting it; according to the classic Noah Webster's dictionary, Luck is "a purposeless, unpredictable and uncontrollable force that shapes events favorably or unfavorably for an individual, group or cause".[1] Yet the author Max Gunther defines it as "events that influence one's life and are seemingly beyond one's control".[2]

Why as a believer in Jesus would a Christian say this word luck? Their's no God in Luck and no luck in God they are the opposite and do not belong on the tongue of a believer of Christ. We do not rely on chance but on the Lord God. How many Christians go with the flow in this choice of words saying it's just something we say, but we are to be light in the darkness and set standards and values above the norm, we are to live righteously and to put our thoughts on what is honorable, true, and right as a Child of God what would our Lord think to hear such words come out of our mouths?

You either believe in God's grace or in the worlds luck. You can't have both the world and God's will. We must stand up for what's true and not be luke-warm and worldly. We must choose to serve our God fully and truly in words, thoughts, and deeds our faith must be in action and choices too not just in words and it's not found in the church but everyday we are showing our true beliefs by what we do daily. Praising God, worshiping God, serving God, loving God, praying to God, loving others, giving to others, caring for the helpless, homeless, prisoners, orphans, abused these are to be done daily and not to be posted on fb or other platforms but unnoticed and unseen by the world we are to be and do for our Lord and because of our great love for Him and why because He first chose and loved us.
