Super Cheap Red neck Hillbilly winter Meal for $1!!

Don't go broke during Christmas break! Here's a super cheap meal ideal that can feed your whole family, $1 goes a long ways with this Ramon Noodles w Tomato Soup n sour cream for 4 people 2 adults we used 2 Ramon Noodles bricks (.30c) n one large can of tomato soup (store brand w coupon for $1), sour cream ($1 1lb). For me this was filling with whole grain saltines (.85c for box of 4 sleeves) my husband needs a nice grill cheese w bologna or other meat to fill him up. My boys were filled up too they are 3 n 5.

Jobs & Housing for ExFelonies in Texas

Searching for a job after being released from prison can take a long time before finding one. However, there are jobs for felons in Amarillo, Houston and other parts of Texas. Since some companies are known to be felon-friendly, former inmates who are not skilled workers should start their search at these companies. A few companies that are willing to hire people who have been in prison are:

Getting Government Help
It is not surprising that most employers are not willing to take on ex-offenders, regardless of their crime. Some employers will take a different attitude if the job seeker is bonded, that is, covered under the Federal Bonding Program ( This federal program helps ex-felons to find jobs all over the US though its sponsor the U.S. Department of Labor ( Simply put, the bonding program offers a guarantee to the employer. It encourages the applicant to be completely honest during the hiring process, and also pays for loss due to theft, embezzlement or forgery. It is wise to take advantage of courses or skills training offered in prison as part of the rehabilitation process.

Prosperity “False Gospel” Message:
We need to have a state of mind that gives out of pure desire and joy in the act of giving knowing it will meet the needs of someone else and that becomes rewarding and fulfilling. If we give our tithe and offering thinking we will receive a double or triple portion from that then your giving is out of a selfish heart and selfish desire for gain yourself this is where all those tv salesman/woman who call themselves teachers, preachers, and evangelist are making the big bucks selling you a ticket to their fame and fortune but giving you nothing but confusion and deceit in return. It's good to tithe your first 10% of earnings to your church or a ministry that you are apart of and even give beyond an offering if you don't make any money you can give with your time or a service, skill, talent not to get a financial reward in return but as a spiritual offering unto the Lord saying thank you God I know you have my best interest, I am committed and devoted to serving you, your Kingdom and your people: You First Lord. Amen!
Matthew 5:8 “God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God.”
Matthew 6:19-24 “Don't store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. Now, Now, Now

I want it now, I just can't wait I've gotta have it right now! Does this sound familiar to you? Maybe reminds you of a child or even yourself? It does remind me of my children but certainly myself as well. We have been wanting to buy a house for maybe 2 years now and to this day we have $0 saved in the bank and our debt is about the same as it was a year ago. I am ashamed to admit that I just haven't tackled the addiction I have with online shopping. I compare it to a drug addiction it gives me a high, it allows me to have what I want very quickly, the consequences are there but not immediately felt, the rush is real but with every high comes the gravity of going down off that high and the negative self-feelings of shame, disappointment, frustration, and the reality being face to face with your new total balance for paypal which in two days I spent $500 maxing out my paypal credit of $2k. Wow! You did what! Dang girl you have some issues.....yeah those reactions would be accurate. I appreciate your concern and I need deliverance from this for sure I need to find contentment with now, with today, with my lot in life as Soloman so elogquently communicates it in Ecclesiastes, I love that because it speaks to me to my core, I know it's for me, is it for you? Maybe you also have some issues? They are under control now ,sure you are away from the temptations of the world in prison. They take all that away from you; but one day, hopefully you will get out and bam the temptations, your addictions will be staring you in the face- will you take the rush for a quick return right now? Dont do it! The regret, the feelings of failure, the shame is real and will hit you harder than that quick high. It's really not worth it is it? No! I don't think so. I really want to be out of this trap of being slave to debt, slave to the rush of that high to get what I want now, now, I need help, yes, I need Jesus, I need more spirit and less flesh, more faith and less stuff. When will I get it? When will I overcome this? Why not now?
Now, is as good as any considering I dont know if tomorrow is in my forecast, do you? I know that I have this breath right now and the next well I'm not sure are you? Who am I putting first, what are my priorities, what's really important to me? I might say one thing, I might think it's one thing but my actions, the way I spend my time that tells the truth doesn't it. I hope by me being really real with you in sharing some of my stuff you will do the same.
Let's pray, “Lord help me get my priorities straight, if I really want to serve you then I know that I need to reorganize the way I spend my time. I am weak and easily tempted, give me strength send me the encouragement I need. In Jesus' name, amen”

Wow as im getting ready to type this a facebook official is texting me that I won $500,000 do you also wonder what the catch is? I've long ago learned an important lesson rich men don't give away their money and nothing is given to you without a catch, man isn't in the business of getting rich to give it away only Jesus gave away his life as a free gift for us to have eternal life and be with our Father God, man is only in what they can get from you so never fall for a too good to be true get rich quick scheme. You need to be ready to work for what you get and work hard at it, be prepared to fail, and to fall but be quick to get back up and try it again, persevere and don't give up Jesus is our hope, truth, and brings us life no amount of money will give me what I already have in Christ my salvation can't be replaced or bought. If I did have that extra money I would buy a RV and start travelling to come and see you with a message of hope and encouragement. That's my hearts desire and buy some land with space for our dogs to run wild and a stock pond for Joseph to go fishing and build a cabin loft for us to live frugally with some modern conveniences such as electricity, solar panels for conserving electricity, a washer/dryer, I would love to have the option to cook campfire style but I also love to bake and have a stove so yeah a stove, wifi if I had a smart phone I could manage even though it's nice to have the entertainment of netflix for the boys at this age but we'd definitely have outdoor play time with a playhouse for them and maybe some riding toys. Dreaming is important and fun. None the less it's also important to be stable in contentment with where you are now.
So, he asked for my full name, email, address, cell so I gave to him but now im checking under facebook scams and sure enough its on there. This is important to be aware of the scams out there so many times we almost bought something online or even did just to realize it was a scam they would charge our bank account over n over or we remembered to check the scam lists first and saved our money and hassle of stopping payments. Be wiser than the slickest snakes out there lol! As soon as I confronted the guy he quickly unfriended me and I reported him to facebook, boom! LOL!

Now if you're a grownup who wasn't trained in God's ways as a child it's going to be even more challenging as an adult to follow His ways and not yours and it's going to take greater discipline, humility, surrendering of self and a lot of repentance to succeed as a new born child of God. The world could care less they want you on their party boat not on the highway to heaven which is narrow and so few choose. Living for Christ isn't a party, it takes hard work and self discipline to stick with it just like anything worth fighting for and working for. It's worth it to me, is it to you? I was delivered from evil, darkness, purged and cleansed in my heart so I could feel love again in my heart, I was forgiven of much and forgave much I'm not walking backwards down that dark ally of disease, disappointment, desires laced with spikes that mean to kill my very soul, no thank you!
As a new creation in Christ God does change our hearts desires and he gives us new ones; but we stilll have a will and a choice, he doesn't make us prisoners; he gives us freedom to choose. It starts with having a humble, servants heart if we are going to be more, give more, and do more for God's glory and we need to be content, “be still and know that I am God”; He's going to take care of us if we will follow Him and trust Him. Grasping for happiness beyond where we are will lead us astray and cause ultimate disaster when we do not feel satisfied even with that. Feelings are temporary that's why we need to tame them not allow them to rule us. If you think , “Ill be happy when (this happens) feel in the blank.” This type of stinking thinking will steal your joy and peace of mind and pollute your heart with selfish desires and it replaces the focus on serving others to me and self fulfillment.


Be More, Do More, Want More

This is the tug-of-war we face daily: or at least I do. Will I choose to have more or give more? Maybe I choose both...."A person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people." Romans 2:29b Don't say yes to someone just to impress them or so they will like you put God first priority every day.
Surrendering our hearts to God takes an action and courage on our parts. Will I choose to die to self today and live for God? Will I surrender all and invite the Holy Spirit to run this ship? Most of the time honestly I don't...I like being in control, being the driver even knowing that I've driven into trouble more than enough....I admit it I'm stubborn it takes me a few times around the desert ok maybe a few hundred times, I'm a hot mess people it's true! We are all selfish by nature, back to the beginning with Adam and Eve and if that doesn't resonate with you take precious children if you have any then you know what I'm saying they are selfish and are constantly getting into stuff and need correction, protection, and discipline or discipleship just like us all and we are God's children. We need God's instructions just like our children need us to teach them the right way from the wrong way.

Personal Transformation- part 2

One of the most complex subjects and words is Love and in 1 Corinthians 13 Paul tells us Love is the Most important thing. This whole chapter deserves to be read for this particular lesson on transformation we will be focusing on the core of this chapter on what is love and what love is not. I suggest making a list to get a better understanding. 
  1. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” NIV
    Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” Now you can make a list of each word and it's definition and study to come up with a personal practical application. For me this verse makes me think love is perfect and usually it's always the opposite of what im thinking at the time to do with love and it challenges me to be more.“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” vs 4-7 NLT (sub notes say: This description of Christian love emphasizes the willingness to give up one's own desires for the good of others. See also chs 8-10, Rom. 5:6-8, 15:3, 2 Cor. 8:9, Phil. 2:4-8) This is how you go beyond the current verses and get a more in depth understanding from the Word with a study bible. Now let's look at two more translations and see what other words they use on what love is and is not.

Transformation- Part 1: Fix Your Thoughts


When you are a new creation in Christ old things pass away, your past sins are forgiven, and you have a chance to create a new you a new life; a total transformation. When I became a Christian I was alot older than most and so I imagine for me it was a totally different experience than many new christians who grow up in church, and are saved at an earlier age between 7-10. No matter when you get saved, transformation will happen if you give your total life over to God, if you put your total trust in the love of Christ, and allow the Holy Spirit to work through you as a Disciple of Christ.

There are two key scripture passages that I'd like to share with you on transformation:

  1. The chapter of Philippians 4 vs 8 where Paul is talking about what we should meditate (focus our minds) on. “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-- meditate on these things.” This is the NKJV (New King James Version) I also suggest reading two more translations so you get a broader understanding, expanded knowledge, and a study bible that talks more in depth of this verse and the total context of this Chapter. I will share some with you here:
    “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” NIV (New International Version) I underlined the words which are different from the first translation in the second version.
    “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” NLT (New Living Translation). Now what I do when studying this verse is get a dictionairy and write out each word and the definition so in this way I am expanding my understanding and knowledge and then I impress it in my mind in a way that is practical and applicable. For me this verse sums up to be think and focus your thoughts on whatever is good not on things that are bad or negative. That's how I can remember this verse but I love going back to it and getting the fuller context and meaning of it as a reminder of the depth of our thoughts, minds, and the transformation that God does on our minds, hearts, and thoughts if we will let the Holy Spirit do His work in us and through us. In Verse 9 Paul is telling the Philippians to do what He does, practice what you have learned and you will experience God's peace. Don't just sit around learning the bible and continue acting the same way let this Word transform you and peace will be yours!

i've lost 6 lbs! just updated 8/24/15
it's been over one month since i seen a dr for my terrible back pain and left with 2 prescription recommendations.
 at first i took them but the side effects made me come to a very important life decision and that's to make changes.
 i started eating 80% whole and raw foods gradually over the last month, stepped away from the artificial sweeteners and diet sodas and painfully n slowly started working out my neck, back, and core and the improvements are not only the weight loss but the pain has decreased drastically from my neck, back n shoulders and i've only needed pain medicine a few times and I know that this is just the beginning to taking back my health after a period of post-partam depression, lack of energy, and stress of being a sahm.(stay at home mom)
 i'm conquering my giants and so can you if you have any of the same struggles, you can do it!
 it felt great to go down a pant size, but most importantly to me is I know that I will be a better wife and mom when I am at my healthiest!

Weekend Encouragement​

In the Bible when it says the fear of the Lord or fears the Lord it is talking about respect, honor, and reverance these words are linked to an employee for a boss or a son for his dad or a daughter for her mom but this is the highest form of humility because it takes lowering ourselves, our wants, our desires and our self to see a bigger picture one created by the creator, Abba Father God, the Great I AM, who was and is, and is to come. I pray that for me and for you we can put #1 fear of God so our choices will be pleasing to Him and will be His very bests for our lives. I love Him because He first loved me, thank you Lord! Today's Smoothie: Rasberry Lemon Delicious!

This smoothie is so, so good I just had to share it today! I have to admit blending new and delicious smoothies is an enjoyable new hobby of mine. Today I experimented with an avocado ingredient as I seen a youtube video where she used a whole avocado in her breakfast smoothie. here's the inspiration for my superfood smoothie for today in the above video and it's the first smoothie recipe.

so for my Rasberry Lemon Smoothie here's what you will need

1/2 cup of frozen rasberries
frozen 1/4 avocado (pre-frozen and chopped)(can't taste adds nutrition n thickens)
a handful of frozen or fresh chopped kale (stem removed only leaves)(superfood)
1 slice of frozen lemon including the outer peel (seed removed)
1/4 or less frozen banana slices
1/4 cup milk or soy milk
1/2 cup of water or more depending on how thick you want it the avocado really thickens this smoothie
i also added an ice cube just for more texture
blend, blend, blend really well

this is a really flavorful, and super healthy for energy and fat burning, nutrient rich smoothie. Please share your pictures if you tried this!

Today's Recipe: Homemade Berry Applesauce

I got this recipe ideal from a youtube video on homemade appleberry pancake syrup and turned it into my own by adding a few ingredient variations and making it applesauce it's also great in place of syrup for pancakes. heres the blog that inspired this recipe: Blogilates- Berry Apple Sauce

What You will Need:

food processor or magic bullet

2 apples
4 strawberries
handful of greens
honey to taste
cinnamon to taste
vanilla extract to taste
optional ingredients:
brown sugar and shredded sweetened coconut
homemade granola sprinkled on top

okay this is a very simple and superfoods yummy homemade applesauce recipe!
you chop the apple around the core and include the peel put in your food processor,
chop the strawberries in slices, tear the greens like kale n spinach in small pieces add to the processor,
drizzle some honey on top, cinnamon sprinkles n vanilla extract blend until a smooth sauce

Chill until nice and cold in freezer and enjoy with yogurt or oatmeal it's delicious by itself too and one of my favorite ways to sneak in greens to my meal without eating a salad! it also really moves your bowels so be careful if you are taking any other type of fiber type supplements this one will do it all natural. enjoy and share, comment with your pics! have a super blessed day!

Our Journey: One Chapter at a Time

We each have unique stories of how we came to know Christ as our Saviour this is called our testimony and we are called to share our story and testify and that's exactly what I'm going to do. as I never know who might be new and browsing my page and who needs to hear my story.  If you study the scripture you can get a unique portfolio of the different people who made history and who wrote parts of the bible. Paul is the one I was reading about I just started at Acts 27 on this occasion and was fascinated as I hadn't read these chapters in awhile I read through Acts 28 and then into Romans 1 it made such a difference reading a couple of chapters before Romans before starting in Romans. We have unique chapters to our testimony and each time we share our story we might start at a different chapter depending on who we are sharing with or how the Spirit is leading us.
I have come to a chapter in my life of being aware that I need to grow in maturity and seeking God's guidance in that area. I am a wife and a mom of 2 toddler boys who are 3 1/2 and 5 but I wasn't always these roles before this I was a drug addicted lost young woman who made some bad choices and in my lowest and darkest time I found hope in my hero and saviour Jesus Christ after a dear sweet woman shared with me her faith in Him. I had always believed in a Spirit a God but never knew him as Father God, Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I was given an amazing chance at a new life and a clean new heart with new interests and desires I prayed to find a good husband who loved God and who would not yell at me or abuse me or cheat on me and he would be kind and forgiving and that my friends perfectly describes my husband of 5 1/2 years Mr. Joseph Fincher.
I had planned on going back to college and earning my degree in business administration or management but I struggled at 5 months pregnant with our first child and have tried to go back two times after with no success. I am a full-time stay at home mom who has a serious thirst for continued education as I'm always learning and increasing my knowledge which I use for daily living. I have learned how to create a budget, how to live debt-free (which we are in the beginning process of doing), how to shop at yard sales n thrift stores, grocery shopping with a budget, healthy eating and working out to tone and strengthen my body (just started this as i was having bad back pain). Their's nothing too big for God and so I always pray, seek His wisdom and read His word for knowledge and truth.
I am proud of the life that I live today and my greatest success is a work in progress: raising my sons to be good men who do what's right and are not afraid to work hard and staying married to my husband until death do we part. I know these are very simple aspirations but that's all I need in this life to be satisfied and content.

Today's Smoothie Recipes

I started my morning with a protein fruit smoothie:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder of ur choice mine has green tea extract
a small handful of green kale n spinach chopped up
2 tsp of coconut oil
1 cinnamon capsule sprinkled into blender
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of ice cold water
1-2 ice cubes
drizzle some honey
blend n drink that was my breakfast

i drank one glass of cold water with fresh squeezed lemon juice n 2 cucumber slices before that

I went outside this was before the sun was up n enjoyed the quiet morning

went for a walk n played with sons at the park around 7:30-8:30
had more water and a cup of coffee sweetened with one yellow packet of sucralose

for pre-lunch i made another smoothie:

a handful of greens chopped up
2 scoops of watermelon
3 strawberries
1 small sprinkle of turmeric powder (i didn't know how much i could put so im trying n it was ok couldn't taste it turmeric is great for circulation/inflammation n digestion super-good)
1 cup of water
honey dash of milk
2 ice cubes
blend n drink

Only One Gospel

"Dear brothers and sisters, I want you to understand that the gospel message I preach is not based on mere human reasoning. I received my message from no human source, and no one taught me. Instead, I received it by direct revelation from Jesus Christ." Galatians 1:12

 this is true for my faith in Jesus it didn't come from a human teacher but from a direct and personal encounter with Christ so nothing or nobody can convince me that Jesus isn't God and isn't real my life is a witness to how real He is and the change He made on my heart is real. If me saying this offends you than please unfriend me I'm not trying to be popular on here just share some truth and some encouragement.

 "obviously, i'm not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ's servant." Galatians 1:10 my thoughts exactly! stand strong in your faith and do not conform to the images or patterns of this World- Be bold and be brave for Christ!

Pray in Faith

“All the things you pray and ask for-- believe that you have received them, and you will have them.”
Mark 11:24 (HCSB)

Now I encourage you to go to several bible translations and read this verse and write atleast three translations down. Now, choose the one that you understand the most. Now open that bible and read the full context of what is being said which it starts at verse 20 and is a lesson about the withered fig tree and it goes through to verse 24. This is one of those scripture verses that is used and abused by leaders of churches that like to declare & decree, “name it & claim it”. Let me be very clear right now that's not biblical and it's not Holy spirit filled, nor do I believe that this type of “spirit” is pleasing to God. We attended a church briefly that's main priority was gaining wealth and we were tempted to fall into this trap but the Lord's spirit prevailed and it helped us grow in our faith and in His word and truth and so we fleed from that church. Many will be deceived and say that their evil ways and deeds are pure and good, there will be many false prophets and teachers that will lead God's flock astray. This is why we each have to confess our sins to God, repent and seek God's truth, wisdom and discernment for our lives not relying or depending on anyone no matter how “holy or esteemed” they seem. I would suggest you find yourself by personal study of the word solely and if you want to watch a tv preacher do it for entertainment or contemplation but don't take it for face value as truth because you could be easily led astray from the Word and truth of God.

The scripture above is saying that you should pray with faith believing that what you pray will happen and will come to pass but the main focus should be that you are praying with faith that God's in control and His will be done in your life and in your heart and that you will be transformed to desire what His very best is for you not the other way around. I know that their's a lot of temptations everywhere and even when choosing a church home you have to be on guard and spirit led or you can be led astray. We each need to have a church home that we attend for encouragement, to learn, also to give of our money, time and skills. It's not just about what the church can do for you but it should be what you can do for that church body of believers. God says for us to be generous givers not generous receivers.

Invest as much time now in the Word of God because we are free to do so and we don't know how long that will be. As you are doing this pray for the Christians around the world who are persecuted daily for their confession of faith and belief in Jesus Christ as their Lord and God. I pray that each of you will put God first and seek His truth wholeheartedly above all things.

“Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.”

Lord help us be content where we are and thrive at being the light in this dark world and holding onto our integrity, moral values, and hope that you are faithful and you are greater than all our troubles, worries, and struggles that your grace does set us free from the sins of our past and can set us free from the sins we are choosing now if we will confess them daily before you, repent from them, and seeking your word for wisdom, truth, and holding onto your spirit for protection, guidance, and discernment so we can make the very best choices and choose to live a life that is pleasing to you.

Smoothie of the Day Recipe

Blueberry Green Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
a handful of fresh vegies i used broccoli and salad greens
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk or other non-dairy drink like soy or rice milk
3 tsp of coconut oil
1/4 scoop choc protein weightloss powder of ur choice
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 capsule of liquid fish oil 1000 mg (optional)

this was the first time i tried this recipe and it was a bit fishy but the green vegies were a nice touch as i wanted to add some greens. experiment or share your favorite smoothie recipes in the comments.

How I Started my Day

I had a full 8 hours of sleep last night which is a rare thing with two toddler boys. Praise the Lord! I started my morning feeling well rested and good so I got on the floor and thanked my God and praised Him. I drank 16 floz of cold water with fresh lemon juice in it. I went for a 15 min walk before the crack of dawn that was kind of nerve wracking lol but thankfully their was just enough street lights on that it wasn't too scary, lol. I continued my bible reading on the word study-pure in Titus 1 and 2 reading both chapters and the 2 scriptures that focus on pure are vs 1;15 and 2:5.
I am participating in a 21 day fast track program and group so i took a pic for them of my breakfast which is 1/4 cup of whole oats add water n cook for 1 minute in the microwave, 2 tsps of organic coconut oil, some cinnamon, and 1/4 scoop of chocolate slimquick pure weightloss protein powder and i'm adding 1000 mg oil from fish oil tab to that, i also am having a cup of coffee with whole milk added and the yellow packets one packet of sweetener-sucralose and top that with a 2nd 16 floz of water. i will take my vitamins with the water which are a cvs womans multi for energy and mental function and i have 3 others i rotate out as needed today ill take the balanced B-100 which is a time released for energy metabolism always great for when ur on your time of month or have bouts with depression or just need that added energy supplement.

Superfoods for a Super You

Superfoods are the best of nature and nutrition with lots of health and nutrition benefits packed into each serving of these all natural, God created foods.

I had a list of top superfoods nutritionist eat daily but I can't find that list here's some that I am eating daily and remember off hand:

yogurt, broccoli, blueberries, oatmeal, cinnamon, flaxseeds, fish, tomatoes

for me i think you need to love your meals to really make it work so I enjoy a simple meal of oatmeal each morning with that I add 2 tbsp of organic coconut oil, and a scoop of weightloss protein powder chocolate flavored, and cinnamon that's it for me i usually would skip breakfast and just drink a cup of coffee so i've changed to include first a glass of cold water with fresh lemon juice for the antioxidant and detox benefits. I eat my oatmeal and then drink my coffee. i'm going to get some flaxseed to add to my oatmeal for added health benefits.

For my anxiety I also take a few different specific things to help with that:

a womans vitamin that i bought from cvs that's for mental health and energy that's a one a day multivitamin, a stress energy tab from Stresstabs it's suppose to help reduce stress and fatigue, i also have homeopathic formulas from 21C you spray in your mouth that i take through out the day as needed the ones i take are Morale (for mood swings, sadness, despair, hypersensitivity), Recharge (for fatigue, drowsiness, sweet food cravings, drain of energy, headaches, nausea), and Serenity (for mental, physical, or emotional stress, tension, body pains, irritability, sleeplessness) these are also gentle for children these got really good reviews but as of yet i haven't really seen any results in the last 2 weeks i've been using so we will see.

theirs alot of other great foods that you can add to this small list the best thing is to pick items that are in season and if you can afford go with organic but i can't afford so i just buy what's in season like blueberries, brocolli, and watermelon are all in season right now and you can freeze some items for later use such as green beans and corn.

I believe God's Creation has the answer to all my health needs and maybe some therapy would be beneficial too but I will not trust pharmaceutical meds with my health when I haven't exhausted what nature has to offer and natural medicines.

How Im Dealing with Anxiety

This last month I've been dealing with some major physical pains in my wrists, my right shoulder and back to the point i finally visited a Dr. As a stay at home mom I am normally under alot of anxiety so when the nurse asked me about anxiety I just started tearing up and then I was asked alot of mental related questions and they had me take an anxiety test. The Dr. prescribed me two prescriptions one was for the pain- Meloxicam which is a nsaid and the other was for my mental health which she was very convinced i have OCD which is obsessive compulsive disorder. So i went in because of my physical pain and was told how to discipline my children and told i have a mental disorder that I don't have. I asked her how she observed this she started explaining to me what it was and I said I don't do these things I was stressed, I do have alot of anger at my children as they do not listen or mind most of the time and they are both very young so lots of energy at 3 and 5 and they are both boys. So, i did go ahead and take the medicines for 3 days but reading the list of possible side effects was terrible as someone who does have bipolar depression but chooses not to get on medication the Sertraline said it can increase depression and suicide thoughts/attempts (which isn't going to happen).
So, the immediate side effects I experienced were a stomach pain from the meloxicam and drowsiness and waking up very tired feeling from the sertraline was enough for me to not go that route.
I have decided to go the natural route which is utilizing God given foods and eventually more physical working out I am looking into beach bodies right now as i love to dance so my next post I'm going to share with you some top superfoods for a healthier life and body.
I am also taking care of my spirit/soul with the Word of God always daily this is a must as spiritual strongholds try to mess with us ok and that's the mental health issues and so we have to stay in the faith and in the word. I am going to be sharing the word study i'm doing too in a post on Pure, Clean, and Holy and I'm convinced I can be a Woman of God that's not taking prescription drugs all the days of my life that I can handle my health by taking care of my body, mind, and soul the all natural way.

Everyone Who Believes

This is mind-blowing to me! I just can't wrap my brain around it....I mean really if you think about the full context of this  two lines of scripture it just makes you go why? and amazing!

"We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are." Romans 3:22

and the biggest thing about this is that's saying anyone who believes so don't judge, condemn, or write off anyone that's what I'm thinking just keep praying and loving and shining so they will believe and experience the fullness of our faith in Jesus Christ! amen. I'm going to keep this one short n sweet! have a relaxing weekend.

Save $500-$1000 for Unplanned Expenses

This is Step 1 of the Baby Steps in the Dave Ramsey Program

We are just starting this step over again and so I wanted to share it with you too. Like always something unplanned always comes up in expenses. Right now my husbands new car has spongy breaks and another dragging sound and he bought it this way I hope that it doesn't cost alot to fix but we don't have our emergency fund set up so we have to just hope it doesn't cost more than what extra we can afford this paycheck. It would be much better if we had $500 or $1000 saved for this kind of unplanned expense. He is saving with this new to us car he traded in his ford f250 truck for this ford taurus car and the saving is 1/2 the gas so $20 a week instead of $40 and our insurance went down from $60 a month to $30 so I think he made a smart choice. I'm considering trading in my Mitsubishi Sport SUV as it averages 15 mpg gas I know that I can get something better than that that's not an suv we do like the extra space or when we go camping but priority is to save that emergency fund of $500 we make more than $20k a year but this should give us a good cushion and then we can jump into step 2 which is the debt snowball. we already have $150 to start the snowball from my husband using our savings to pay off his truck payment which was $150 a month.

for this step you write all your debt down in order from least to greatest and you use any freed up money you can to start a debt snowball and you keep making the monthly minimum payments on all other debt accept for the least one until you get that one payed off and then you take that payment amount and add it to the 2nd debt so each one you pay off you take the total payment you were making and add to the next this increases your payments and decreases your debt. love it!

My husband is wanting to apply for a better paying job which really makes me nervous as he's been at his job for 8 years even before we knew each other but i understand as the starting pay is almost $4 more than where he's working but their's two catches they usually start newbies on night shift which he just got switched to days on his job now and we owe $3k in 2 401k loans that must be payed back before he could do that or they would be due immediately upon resignation. so i think we will be starting by paying those off first as him increasing his income is a priority.

I wish that I could help by getting a part time job but my oldest child will just be starting Kind. and my youngest want start pre-k until next year and that's only 3 hours. Sometimes my husband works 12 hours so that would leave only a few hours at most i could work a day and that's if my husband only gets 5 hours of sleep so yeah that doesn't work unless i could find something at home.....

Build Your Life Around Wisdom

Proverbs are rich with the context of this title I try and read one each day and apply its lessons to my life personally. “Leave your simple ways behind, and begin to live; learn to use good judgment.
Anyone who rebukes a mocker will get an insult in return. Anyone who corrects the wicked will get hurt.
So don’t bother correcting mockers; they will only hate you. But correct the wise,
    and they will love you.
Instruct the wise, and they will be even wiser. Teach the righteous,
and they will learn even more.
10 Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment.
11 Wisdom will multiply your days and add years to your life.
12 If you become wise, you will be the one to benefit.
    If you scorn wisdom, you will be the one to suffer.” Proverbs 9:6-12

Having wisdom and good judgment should be something desired by everyone but I've come to realize this isn't the case. I'll give you an example: I have a good friend who just got married now in all the years I've known her she's always been a hard worker and has never been in need financially until recently she mentioned being broke and not having any food so I invited her over and gave her a check to help with her need. As we talked she mentioned her new car which she showed me it was a 2015 and she only payed $500 a month. Now I know I needed to use good judgment in how I spoke to her I didn't want to say now theres the problem you can't afford food because of that brand-new car! She related to me what a great deal it was so I had to just be subtle and I shared how I'm so glad that my husband and me have great cars we payed cash for mine for only $4500 and his at the time was only $150 a month both 2003's but I don't think she took interest as she already decided that was a great deal. Now my friend isn't a fool but we all can make foolish decisions. Another more personal example is myself I've struggled the last several years with a shopping addiction. It's triggered by my mood swings having bipolar depression. I don't know if I've ever shared that with you guys so be gentle in your replies to this subject as it's a sensitive subject matter but I've come to the point in my life of accepting what it is. As my husband and me hold each other accountable each time I've shopped without talking to him first I've had to come clean as I can't stand to hide it from him in fact it really disgusts me later of my foolish choice. Sin and the temptation to sin is very powerful and we can't fight it alone we need accountability to another and to God. We need to come clean and not live in sin the sooner we repent of our sin the sooner we can be free from the power it has over us. Amen! I am still a work in progress as we all are and always will be. But, I know that it's possible to live without tons of debt and credit cards and so I'm going to keep pushing forward in this goal no matter how many times I relapse and use a credit card or paypal. I know my God is bigger than this and He will help set me free.

"I just pray right now for each of us whatever sin we are struggling with that we will confess, repent, and come clean so the power of the sin will be broken and we can live in victory gaining wisdom to make the best choices for our life with the guidance of our Lord. In Jesus' precious name. amen"

Words of Encouragement

 For whatever the heart desires will be made known by our words, actions and deeds. Faith without works is dead and you can tell a mans faith by his deeds and actions. Even a fool seems wise when he is silent and speaks few words. It's by ones actions that you can examine the intent of their heart. Whatever seeds a man plants he will sow in harvest, if he plants not he sows not. You cannot expect to receive something without working hard, somebody had to do some work to get that food or that money; if it's not you than you are using somebody's resources and that makes you in debt to them rather it be a bank, the government, or an individual. Borrow only what you can pay off in a minimal amount of time with your sweat equity. Do not borrow without planning to work that debt off, this creates a poor mans mentality within you and dampens your faith in God's provisions. It's better to work hard for little than to have much without working for it at all. You can sleep well when you have put in a full days work but if you lay around collecting “benefits” you will never be at ease or content or fulfilled but instead you will be restless all of your days.
