Budget Burgers

1 lb HEB skillet mix or ground beef
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup carrots
1 med squash thinly sliced

1 med zucchini thinkly sliced
1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg

cook rice, boil vegies
combine rice & vegies with bread crumb n egg
add ground beef stirring all together

spray a baking pan
shape into patties you can cover & chill up to 2 days
bake in oven on 350 for 45 min to 1 hour

we split this recipe n made meatloaf too, but not many burgers.
 you can double the recipe to make a good meatloaf n baked burgers
all with the same ingredients that's budget meals!!
