Crockpot Lasagna

1 lb ground beef or we use HEB's skillet mix which is seasoned already
1 med onion
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 15 ounce ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 c water
8 lasagna noodles, uncooked

cook meat, drain
break noodles to fit slow cooker
(we used an oval 8qt n it fit 1 long 2 smaller n i used broken pieces for the sides)
spread 1/2 of the cooked beef over noodles
lay 1/2 of sauce, water & cheese (we didn't use the seasonings, onion or ricotta cheese)
repeat
cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours

it tasted great without the onion and ricotta cheese
you could also add chopped up zuchinni n spinach to give it some texture n added vegies.
we also used whole wheat lasagna noodles for added nutrition.
