How I Started my Day

I had a full 8 hours of sleep last night which is a rare thing with two toddler boys. Praise the Lord! I started my morning feeling well rested and good so I got on the floor and thanked my God and praised Him. I drank 16 floz of cold water with fresh lemon juice in it. I went for a 15 min walk before the crack of dawn that was kind of nerve wracking lol but thankfully their was just enough street lights on that it wasn't too scary, lol. I continued my bible reading on the word study-pure in Titus 1 and 2 reading both chapters and the 2 scriptures that focus on pure are vs 1;15 and 2:5.
I am participating in a 21 day fast track program and group so i took a pic for them of my breakfast which is 1/4 cup of whole oats add water n cook for 1 minute in the microwave, 2 tsps of organic coconut oil, some cinnamon, and 1/4 scoop of chocolate slimquick pure weightloss protein powder and i'm adding 1000 mg oil from fish oil tab to that, i also am having a cup of coffee with whole milk added and the yellow packets one packet of sweetener-sucralose and top that with a 2nd 16 floz of water. i will take my vitamins with the water which are a cvs womans multi for energy and mental function and i have 3 others i rotate out as needed today ill take the balanced B-100 which is a time released for energy metabolism always great for when ur on your time of month or have bouts with depression or just need that added energy supplement.
