Smoothie of the Day Recipe

Blueberry Green Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
a handful of fresh vegies i used broccoli and salad greens
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup milk or other non-dairy drink like soy or rice milk
3 tsp of coconut oil
1/4 scoop choc protein weightloss powder of ur choice
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 capsule of liquid fish oil 1000 mg (optional)

this was the first time i tried this recipe and it was a bit fishy but the green vegies were a nice touch as i wanted to add some greens. experiment or share your favorite smoothie recipes in the comments.
