Today's Smoothie Recipes

I started my morning with a protein fruit smoothie:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder of ur choice mine has green tea extract
a small handful of green kale n spinach chopped up
2 tsp of coconut oil
1 cinnamon capsule sprinkled into blender
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of ice cold water
1-2 ice cubes
drizzle some honey
blend n drink that was my breakfast

i drank one glass of cold water with fresh squeezed lemon juice n 2 cucumber slices before that

I went outside this was before the sun was up n enjoyed the quiet morning

went for a walk n played with sons at the park around 7:30-8:30
had more water and a cup of coffee sweetened with one yellow packet of sucralose

for pre-lunch i made another smoothie:

a handful of greens chopped up
2 scoops of watermelon
3 strawberries
1 small sprinkle of turmeric powder (i didn't know how much i could put so im trying n it was ok couldn't taste it turmeric is great for circulation/inflammation n digestion super-good)
1 cup of water
honey dash of milk
2 ice cubes
blend n drink
