The Peace of God is Lasting

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

Is it a sin to fear? I've heard preachers on the radio say that it is. I would say it's how God created us. It's healthy to have fears and the greatest fear we should have is that translated to mean reverence and respect for God Almighty. As I was contemplating the activities surrounding the recent presidential elections and thinking of all the people that were afraid of the outcome and even protesting the outcome I realized something: they don't have God's peace nor do they know His presence. I became thankful that I wasnt afraid or angry of the outcome I stood on the fact that whoever was president Jesus is still King and always will be. Amen!
