Celebrating Freedom Undeserved Love, Mercy, & Grace

Celebrating Freedom Undeserved Love, Mercy, & Grace
March 23rd marked my 8yrs release anniversary. On this day my rose bush bloomed one of the buds. My husband and me counted 8 additional buds not yet bloomed and so he said that's 8 yrs freedom and one to grow on, lol. That's God's love always giving more hope, more forgiveness, mercy, and grace than what we ask for or deserve.
I pray that we can each live like we were to die tomorrow and most importantly live to please God and to serve His purpose and His plans. I'm the least of the least of these and I am not a great or worthy role model of this. What I lack hopefully I make up in persistence, stubbornness, and faith. Don't let anyone, anything, or any circumstance keep you down! Don't be too harsh on yourself; give yourself love, forgiveness, and patience. I hope to hear from you soon!

We're Called to Love

We're Called to Love
How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” 1 John 3a
This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love; not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Saviour of the world. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love.
Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him.
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, 'I love God,' yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.” I John 4:7-21
How hard is it to love? Sometimes the hardest person for us to love is ourself and after that is our spouse or best-friend. Those we know the most are the ones we find it hardest to love because we have seen them in their sins; we know all their secrets and their flaws. The greater we love the greater we must forgive, understand, show mercy, forgiveness, and not judge all those fruit of the spirit really come in handy when it comes to loving ourselves and others. Not only is it hard to love the people we are closest to but its even harder to remember to love those who are our brothers and sisters in Christ: missionaries, teachers, pastors, deacons, etc. But yet we must remember to love them too. They need our smile, encouragement, and to know that someone cares. Putting others first is key to love.

Your Position of Privilege and Purpose

P.O.P.P. Position of Privilege and Purpose

Would you be considered privilege to a group of people could this be a ministry for you? God's purpose is for us to love all His people, encourage them and to lift them up. What trials are you in now? And have overcome? What are you learning and could share with someone else? Are there people who would consider you to be in a position of privilege? God's passionate zeal (2Kings 19:31) is working towards His purpose for each of us-supernaturally.

Don't stop at that mountain and turn back around or that road block. God will give you another route and the strength and courage to climb up and over that mountain. Just read about King Hezekiah and be inspired. 2 Kings 20. You have a God given purpose no matter how small or insignificant it might seem to you or in comparison to others. It might be as humble and simples as being a good steward, mom, wife, husband, father, worker. Start looking around you and praying for each person you see or come in contact with and ask God each day to use you to help someone. It feels so good to help others. That's God's plan and design for us. He doesnt want us spending all our time and days obsessing over stuff, money, and power like the world does. He has chosen us and will use us for His purpose is we will call out to Him. He's waiting to hear from you. Call out to Jesus today!

Don't be too caught up in todays worries and troubles or your personal interests to lose sight of the end results. Revelation 1-8 We all need to read this and reread all of Revelation. Here's a few verses:

17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.[a]” Revelation 1

10 “Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world. Rev. 3

19 I correct and discipline everyone I love. So be diligent and turn from your indifference. 20 “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. 21 Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.22 “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.” Rev. 3
That is why they stand in front of God’s throne and serve him day and night in his Temple.
And he who sits on the throne will give them shelter.
16 They will never again be hungry or thirsty; they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun.
17 For the Lamb on the throne[a] will be their Shepherd.
He will lead them to springs of life-giving water. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”
Rev. 7

The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven's Armies will make this happen!

I've been meditating on this scripture since me and my husband read 2 Kings 19 yesterday morning and i wanted to share it with you. It brings me assurance of who I serve- a Mighty God!

"For a remnant of my people will spread out from Jerusalem, a group of survivors from Mount Zion. The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven's Armies will make this happen!" vs. 31

It's even better when you read the whole chapter and see what's taking place. We serve a might Father God and nothing can get in the way of His plans for our good! Praise the Lord!

Many Changes Happen to Us What Changes Are We Choosing to Make

Life is all about change. God created us to evolve and to change with the seasons. In that change their is stability if we hold steady to our soul core values but to avoid change is to avoid truly living. I pray that we don't let the fear of something new stop us from trying new things and in that growing and changing for the better of our families and ourselves. I pray for God's very best plans to change us from the inside out so our eyes focus on his heart not our desires.
